Hello! My name is Sam Thompson, the kids call me Ms. Thompson or Ms. T. I am the building substitute teacher. This is my second year at Maxfield, and I am happy to be back in this community. I love being a sub because I get the chance to be in all types of classrooms and meet all the students! I have a bachelor's degree in Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy playing board games and attending science fiction and board game conventions. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my cat Juda. I look forward to helping out wherever I can here at Maxfield.
