I am happy to be a part of the teaching staff at Maxfield Elementary! I joined St. Paul Public Schools in 2023, following more than 25 years of service in the South St. Paul School District. Over the course of my career, I have taught Physical Education to students from Pre-K through grade 12, as well as Health Education for grades 6–10. In addition to teaching, I’ve also enjoyed coaching—serving as a varsity assistant coach for both basketball and volleyball, and as a varsity head volleyball coach. I'm excited to bring my experience and passion for student wellness to the Maxfield community.
