Staff Profile

Hello, families and friends. My name is Mr. Gregory Fairrow (my students and colleagues call me Mr. Greg). I am a Federal 3 Special Education Teacher at Maxfield Elementary. I hale from Houston, Texas and hold a B.S. degree from the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities) and a Masters’ Special Education Teaching degree from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul). I have worked for St. Paul Public Schools for over 13 years both as a teacher and administrator (school site lead) where I operate, managed and oversee one of  St.Paul Public Schools many great after school programs. Furthermore, I have extensive training and knowledge in the area of behavioral management. Prior to becoming a teacher, I served as the lead behavioral specialist for another area St. Paul Public School.

In my spare time, I love to read, watch movies, spend time with my family, and play outside (riding motorcycles/boating/fishing). I am a proud girl dad who really cares about today’s youth. I believe all children can and want to learn. It’s my job to instill confidence, inspiration, and to teach the skills necessary to allow students to become a productive, positive member of society.
