Welcome! Here at Maxfield our second graders are driven by curiosity and a strong desire to discover.  Maxfield second graders are interested in how things work.  We encourage and promote their interest in the world Second Grade teachers, Ms. Swanson, Ms. Silas and Mr. Solinger around them and improve their sense of competence.  Responsive Classroom strategies help provide routines and rituals that meet the needs of every creative and hard working second grader at Maxfield.
