Winter Continued
We are continuing our unit on winter. Now we are focusing on certain vocabulary pertaining to The First Day of Winter
book by Denise Fleming. Whenever possible, please try to reinforce
these words in conversations with your child. Vocab: friend, snap,
tiny, and bright.
Snacks Reminder
Thank you to those that were able to donate snacks for
our classroom. Even with the recent snack donations, our cupboards are
still pretty low. If at all possible, any snack is greatly appreciated.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SIGN AND RETURN THE
GUARDIAN/STUDENT/TEACHER COMPACT sheet. Also check to see if there are
any other forms in your folder that need to be signed and returned.
There are still some forms that were not returned from parent/teacher
conferences. Thank you.
PALS ASSESSMENT
Inside this weeks homework folder are the results for
the Phonological Awareness Literacy Screening tests your child took
earlier this school year. This is the test we discussed over
parent/teacher conferences. If you have any questions about the
